My name is Eden, and this is my eight year old self. I chose this image because much of our inner world is shaped early in life. That younger version of me still informs how I move through the world. My patterns, instincts, tenderness, and strength all trace back to her. She is the foundation of who I am today.

Hey Nice Day grew out of my life as an entrepreneur, mother, meditation guide, community herbalist, and fitness enthusiast. Along the way, I have learned how to care for myself with intention and how small, aligned shifts can lead to meaningful, sustainable change.

I believe in honoring who we have been, who we are, and who we are becoming. This means clarifying values, setting realistic intentions, and creating action plans that fit real human lives. I am human too. I experience resistance, doubt, and the full range of emotions that come with growth. I have learned how to work with these moments rather than push them away.
