Hello. My name is Eden, and this is my eight-year-old self. Nice to meet you. I chose this image because our subconscious is generally formed between the ages of zero to eight. Many of my unconscious choices, patterns, and behaviors have come from this little person. She is powerful and yet a tender soul.

Hey Nice Day was inspired by my journey as an entrepreneur, mother, meditation guide, community herbalist, and fitness enthusiast. I have had to learn how to get results and adjust my behaviors to care for myself in a way that aligns with my values and goals. Life is hard, but it is also filled with unique opportunities. I honor my past, present, and future self by clarifying my intentions and creating sustainable action plans that align with my most authentic self. I am also human and still experience all the feelings that come along with resistance and change.
