This page is a living list of practitioners, herbalists, programs, and small businesses I know and trust. They are part of my broader community and reflect the values of care, integrity, and grounded practice. This is not an exhaustive list or a set of endorsements, but an offering of connection for those who may need support beyond what I provide.
