  • Initial Herbal Consultation
    Length: 1.5–2 hours

    In our first session, we will:

    • Review your completed intake form

    • Explore your goals, lifestyle, and habits

    • Gather details about your energetics, allergies, and any current medications or supplements

    • Conclude with a tongue assessment

    Together, we will build a holistic picture of your health to guide your personalized herbal support plan.

  • Please complete the following at least 24 hours before our session:

    1. Submit your Intake Form

    2. Review and sign the Consent Waiver

    3. Take and upload:

      Tongue photos in natural light

      • 2 front view (fully extended tongue)

      • 1 right side view

      • 1 left side view

      • 1 underside view

    4. 1–3 face photos in natural light
