For some of us the holiday or wintry season can be a lonely or dark time. Whether we are away from family, grieving a loved one or even surrounded by people. I have spent many holidays alone, some I volunteered, others I spent contemplating life and I have spent many with family and friends.

To celebrate this winter solstice I am offering some warm words of encouragement and cheer through a gentle guided meditation. This meditation is open to anyone and everyone. If you are new to meditation or a long time practitioner there is room for us all. The goal is to bring community together on this wintry night while giving ourselves the gift of relaxation.
