Herbalists & Plant Teachers
Drea Moore is located on occupied Coast Salish and S'Klallam tribal lands (Port Angeles, Washington) and advocates and teaches "sober" herbalism. She is currently teaching herbalism in her community, growing herbs on bartered land collaboratively, and working on ways to amplify consciousness of sobriety, recovery, and substance abuse in wellness spaces through writing a book, producing a podcast, and appearing at schools and conferences. Drea is also a faculty member at the global online herb school, Land of Verse.
Shereel Washington graduated from the California School of Herbal Studies, Forestville, CA.. Shereel teaches Black North American Herbalism and Medicine Making in various herbal certification programs in schools across Northern California, primarily the San Francisco Bay Area. As an advocate of global cultural herbal traditions, Shereel is passionate about preserving the history, knowledge and expansion of the current practice of Black North American Herbalism.
Emelina Law is a Plant Bruja, medicinal plant caretaker, community herbalist and educator who lives in the Mission District of San Francisco. Her work is rooted in Mexican Curanderismo, a healing art that has been practiced in the Americas for centuries.
Flower & Frequency encourages preventative healthcare and deep relaxation therapy through the abundant and profound medicinal qualities found within plants, musical frequencies, and meditation. Joshua is a musician, neurofeedback composer, and sound meditation teacher. Nora is a poet and Clinical Herbalist.
Shayne Case is a mother, healer, writer, medicine maker, and an enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. Born of the forests in southwestern Germany and hand-fed by the prairie ghosts of her Lakota ancestry, Shayne derives her inspiration from these two disparate landscapes. She uses her innate gift of communicating with the spirits to help guide others towards deeper understanding, growth, and healing.
Yvonne is a double-board-certified functional nutritionist, certified herbalist, and educator. She is committed to sharing knowledge in science and evidence-based nutrition, along with a balance of mindfulness, listening to our intuitive body, radical self-care, acceptance, and love.
Curanderismo
Maestra Grace’s healing practice is rooted in her cultural Yaqui/Mexican Mestizo upbringing as well as the influence of Mexika and Zapotec healing lineages of Mexico, therefore her practice is named Curanderismo, the Healing Art of Mexico.
Napaquetzalli provides ritual healing services and herbal remedies grounded in Mexican folk medicine/curanderismo.
For over thirty-five years, Maestra Tereza Iñiguez Flores has combined Mesoamerican Curanderismo practices with contemporary healing arts, creating a unique style of life coaching.

Alex Casas is a dedicated End-of-Life Educator and Doula with over 12 years of experience in the funeral and end-of-life care industry. She began her career as a mortuary restoration specialist, working in diverse settings such as high-volume care centers, medical examiner offices, and funeral homes of various denominations.
At a Death Cafe people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death. Our objective is 'to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives’. A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session.
