Guided meditation can be a great way to build intimacy with oneself or unfold insights into this life journey we all share. It is also a great way to realign and soothe the nervous system before a meeting. Blend it into your wellness program or feature it at your next retreat.

Group Meditation

Rooted presence in shared space.

These sessions are crafted to bring groups into stillness, connection, and care — whether you're gathering for a team meeting, retreat, creative workshop, or community circle.

Each session includes gentle grounding, breath awareness, and simple somatic or visualization practices. There’s no pressure to perform or “do it right.” Just time to arrive, reflect, and be with yourself — in good company.

Format + Delivery

  • Sessions are held on Zoom or in-person (SF Bay Area).

  • Group size: Up to 12 (larger upon request)

  • Duration: 30–45 minutes or 60 minutes, depending on your needs

  • Custom themes or intentions can be integrated by request.

1:1 Meditation

A practice of presence, connection, and care.

These sessions are quiet invitations to slow down — to breathe, to listen inward, and to settle into the wisdom of your body.

Whether you're new to meditation or returning after time away, guided practice can offer a gentle path toward clarity, calm, and reconnection. Each session is shaped in real time, with space for whatever you're carrying.

Inside a Session

Sessions are one-on-one and responsive, drawing from mindfulness, visualization, breathwork, and somatic awareness. You don’t need to prepare or bring anything in particular, just yourself, as you are.

Some people come for help grounding through grief or transition. Others arrive curious, seeking stillness or structure in their week. There’s no one way to begin.
