These sessions create space for groups to slow down, settle, and reconnect both individually and collectively. Designed to support shared attention and nervous system regulation, group meditation helps people arrive more fully into the space they are holding together.

Each session is shaped by the needs of the group, offering a steady container for reflection, grounding, and connection. There is no pressure to perform or participate in a particular way. Presence is enough.
